My mate who works in retail apparently made a case of mistaken identity where they thought she had taken something without paying and even after he apologised and felt bad she wanted to sue and cause problems and kept returning to the store to escalate it. I only know who she is because she felt the need to tell him that she was "famous" and told him to look her up. What a blowhard. She clearly writes her own Wikipedia page as well. Self absorbed narcissist.
