30 million was a lot of money then!!!! Thank you, Papa Wambugu, for not selling your childrens' heritage for a bowl of lentils. Money is paper... what you have is wealth..land and good farming. And now many people are benefiting from this too. Huge respect 🙏🏿. Thanks, Lynn and LNN team, for bringing this amazing legendary man. For me K.A.R.I takes the day for patenting the Apple for the wambugu’s. That really saved them. The idea of Wambugu going selling the apples and bringing all money home and all the family members would see their labor is a big lesson for accountability and motivation for the family members.

Kudos Lynn for focusing on agriculture as a source of wealth creation. We need to inspire the upcoming generation to stop seeing farming as a poor mans hobby. There is a looming shortage of agricultural specialists since it is being shunned by youth who prefer to pursue the new avenues available - social media and tech. Let the youth see such role models to believe that there is good money in agriculture if done right.
