15:59 so yesterday i gave a homeless woman some tater tots and today i got called about an apartment with the hud program with 2 bedrooms and I also got a call about a high paying. So really listening up about giving and having gratitude . When i gave , i gave what I had and without expecting anything in return.

🌟 Fun fact: 🌟 A Toyota IS just a less expensive Lexus, they are owned & made by the same manufacturer. I am very happy with my 2024 Highlander. We splurged on the Platinum and it feels quite luxurious, even without that Lexus name on the back.😊 Edit: this is excellent advice. I have a lot of work to do😂
@LynAllure4 ай бұрын
Yes ma’am!🙌🏾 That’s why I used that example. I drive a Lexus and looooove it! Budgeting doesn’t mean you have to drive a car that is unreliable, bad quality or poorly made. The Toyota company owns Lexus and the Toyotas are made with the same reliable qualities as a Lexus. Thank you so much for watching and sharing 🤗💕

This video was SO HELPFUL! I am a 25 yo stay at home mom, and my husband has a HORRIBLE financial mindset & spending habits. He definitely projects it onto me and it makes me feel like the decisions are okay because money always comes back. I fear that we will never stray from living paycheck to paycheck if he can't learn some discipline. I do try giving him advice but I'm no financial advisor & was never good with money when I had a job either. I do have hope for our future but I know we will need to start now. But i don't know where to start. I wish there was someone like you who we could have a meeting with and get us a plan going. 😭 we make the effort to make a budget and a plan but never follow through. Ugh.

Yes please make a pay yourself first vid. for us. Also, is an RSP like a roth IRA? Sherry Peel Jackson was warning us about putting money in a roth or 401k. Because it can disappear in the blink of an eye. That the “backed by the gold standard promise” is very misleading from the banks. Just something to think about. Im having to start over right now again in life so i want to be cautious on where to put my money.

I feel one Of the greatest challenges that we first timers face in the ma rket is that we end up losing all we have,making it difficult to find ourselves back to our feet. My biggest advice is to always seek the services of a professional just like I did when I ventured into it for the first time. Big thanks to Larysa Caba. I now make huge profits by weekly through her services while still learning to stand on my own.
