Some people repurpose items and it looks okay. You repurpose things and I’m blown away! I’m still in awe over your fireplace mantle! Using those ornate legs as corbels for the shelves was brilliant! They’re the perfect touch to give it a vintage and unified look. They look beautiful! The addition of the toile fabric is the cherry on top! This project turned out fabulous!

Happy New Year Lynsey and family. I love this kitchen makeover and the black and white toile makes it. I bought a nest of tables for the legs to chop up similar to yours to make brackets. The subway tiles also go very well. Looking forward to your other makeovers in the coming weeks too. Rainy day in Sunderland today so staying in, its 3 degrees. Have a fabulous week. This really gave you much more space and I really Love the timeless look of Black and white!!! Toile is one of my favorite patterns and I really like the way it mixes with your transfer ware. I am trying to pick up transfer ware when I see it in thrift shops. I really enjoy watching the way you can makeover your kitchen without spending any money!!! It looks like it has always been there and it is a real working kitchen. It has an old world charm to it ❤. I know you will enjoy the extra space daily.

Looks lovely job well done, .your inspiration pic is what i had in mind for a bank of cabinets we have .theres 5 cabinets three of them are wider and longer ,the other two i would leave open theyre inbetween the larger xabinets ...We took the doors off when we did the kitchen about 12 years ago as they were just plain flat doors.I asked my husband to make some glass doors for the three large cabinets ,I also am on the lookout for some thin corbels for each end similar to the ones you made which was a great idea.My husbands working on a project at the moment so hoping he will do them when hes finished .
