Now you're really on my wavelength Matthew, the beautiful unspoilt rolling Devon scenery and the magic of the L & B reborn. That last long shot sequence could do with a touch of B&W and it would pass for the 1930s . Some thought they had no chance of reviving this line but their persistence has paid off, plus, it's very easy to find!!!!! Top stuff as usual, not too hot for you I hope?!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The site really did wake me up to the magic of the place. Lovely volunteers, and exceptionally turned out locomotives and stock. That last shot was a bit of a last minute chance-it. Taken from a farmers gate, having seen it earlier from the station car park. Glad you enjoyed the video! Thankfully not scorching.

Superb, thanks. Such a shame that the Southern didn't try out the seasonal model adopted by the GWR for the Vale of Rheidol in the 1930s, i.e. summer operations with the staff redeployed for PW and stock maintenance off-season. Nevertheless, it's a huge achievement by those who are bringing the line back to life.
