Good looking game Ron!! I watched the show religiously when I was a little kid. Colonel Steve Austin was plated by Lee Majors who married Farrah Faucet. They were the power couple in the 70’s. It didn’t last long though. Never played the machine but it looks fun!! Great work as always Ron. Looking forward to the next one.

Thats a really nice example. The strategy with this game is all about the up post. Go for the saucer from the plunge. Use the up post to trap the ball and tap pass it from one flipper to the other so you can line up a good spinner shot for the saucer. Rinse and repeat until you max out the multiplier, then go for the drops etc. Sounds easy in theory lol.

Dont let them get under your skin Ron, haters gonna hate it is their problem not yours we love what you do just ignore them! The Six million dollar man show had a great melody that played on the intro as they show him learning to use the bionic implants he could run like 60 MPH and jump onto the roof and stuff it was cool I'm surprised they did not incorporate that tune into the pinball game?

The Hulk TV series ran from March 1978 to May 1982. The "mate" guy who felt the need to be critical, messed up. "Stick to Pong?" I've seen you fix a Pong game not a ping pong game. Also I haven't seen you play ping-pong-lol! This was a very entertaining video and it's a great looking game. I didn't find a Bionic Woman pinball game on the net. I have vague snippets in my memory of that one. I watched the first roof video from Donnie. I've been missing out, the video was informative and hilarious.

One of the hardest things about growing Donnie's channel is getting people to even watch 1 video, he's hilarious and it's not even in the jokes, it's just how he comports himself is funny. Everybody that meets him thinks he's 1 of a kind. I was just looking today and (with my help) he has grown his channel about 10 times faster than I grew mine! Thanks for watching Melanated Prose, this show was a little before my time I was born in 78 and don't remember ever seeing it on t.v. at all. We grew up in West Virginia from 84 to 89 or so, so maybe they didn't play it much locally, I can't even remember what we watched on t.v. back then, probably Andy Griffith and Fred Sanford!

Nice outcome on this old girl, Ron. I may have missed if you said as I sometimes have distractions - I noticed on the three "0" stand up targets that the first and last ones seem to be linked. If you hit one the other goes out. Is it supposed to be that way, perhaps one of those 5 ball vs. 3 ball things? I've played this game but truly don't remember. Was tempted to make a "ping pong" comment but like what I learn from your channel too much to want to get booted. Again, nice result - keep the videos coming.

I'm working on some t-shirts and merchandise but I haven't gotten it set up yet, I want to offer some of the just bare bones cheaper stuff like a cheap t shirt and hat, but I'm trying to decide the best way to offer nicer quality stuff too instead of just the boring regular stuff everybody does. So I'm trying to figure out how to do stuffed animals, tools, artwork, etc. that people might be more interested in buying instead of just plain t-shirts. Hopefully within a month or so we'll have some stuff available as soon as I figure out the best way to do it...

I can picture it now Ron and Donnie go to Hollywood lol well Universal city anyways or do you go to the Universal studios and Disney world in Florida? I have never been to those they look much bigger but without the actual history of the films being made on the lot, that is what I always enjoyed was knowing they filmed those right there and you see all these sets and props you remember from the movies. Hi Ron, point of curiosity (not a complaint or nitpick); I was noticing that on the left targets, hitting either the top or bottom target appears to activate both the top and bottom target lights (center target appears independent). Is this normal/expected behavior? (You may have addressed this in a previous video, but as I have the memory of a senile goldfish, I figured it couldn't hurt to ask...) Another great repair, and I have zero doubt that the customer will be very happy with it!
@LyonsArcade
@LyonsArcade 3 жыл бұрын
A lot of games have a setting depending on how many balls you're playing where it links a couple of the targets together to make it simpler to achieve. 8 Ball for instance, considered one of the really great early SS games did this and helped set the precedent but also many of the EM games even did it, which was more of an accomplishment. There were even some EM games that had special stepper units to change how difficult some of the goals were to achieve, depending on how often people had won free games! We had a Bally Dixieland one time that did something like that (can't remember the specifics) and had one once that if you won a free game, it made it twice as hard to win one next time. These are on EM machines with no software...

@@LyonsArcade I said it on one of your previous videos and I'll say it again... it's amazing what they managed to do with nothing but mechanical switches and relays. Then again, if you think about it, a transistor is a type of switch, and the CPU in your computer has billions of them. (Of course, they're not mechanical switches, but if you look at it from my point of view, it means that they're _still_ doing amazing things with switches.)

I haven't had a Bobby Orr Power Play in yet, as far as i'm concerned though Bally didn't make a bad game during this run of the early Solid States that I'm aware of, they're all fun.
