Just because you, like the Bulgarians in Skopje have adopted foreign customs and dressings from your neighbors, and try to claim their history, that doesn't mean you have anything to do with those customs. A little bit of study into Albanian history and how the Albanian identity was forged (Which is somehow quite hard to find information outside of Albanian sources), will show that there is nothing original in that land we call Albania. Only Berbers, Persians, Arabs, Greeks, Bulgarians, and Serbs. There is no such thing as Shciptars ( Latin original word : verb excipere, denoting people who speak the same language) or Albanians. In the middle ages, there were 8-10 nationalities in your land and not a common Albanian language. Arvanites, neither today nor back then in the 1800s felt to be anything else but Hellenes.
