Aluminium aur steel se pahle peetal (brass) ke bartan use hote the. Aluminium sasta tha aur khana eame jalta nhi tha achhe se cook hota tha esliye ese pasand kiya gya. Pahle sabke ghar me peetal ke bartan aur lohe ki kadhai hoti thi. Pressure cooker pahli baar Aluminium me banaya gya aur bhut popular hua. Aaj ye sabhi ke gharo me nhi h. Jab mujhe shooting ke liye Mumbai me alumenium ka cooker chahiye tha to 3- 4 din baad ek jagah mila. Mere aaspas kisi ke paas nhi tha. Small city aur village me alumenium jayada log use karte h. Hamare bujurgo ko pahle bhi bimari hoti thi aur aaj bhi hoti h. Eske anek karan ho sakte hai. City aur village dono me log bimar hote h.

olden times where there was only aluminium utensils specially in gulf countries also cooking in large functions is done in aluminium utensils and aluminium foil sheets we are always using ,,,.actually cancer is spreading recently i think the nonestick cookware is only danger

Yes nonstick cookware are more dangerous. Aluminium cookware and Aluminium foil are not good for human. They leach in food. In this video I said about Aluminium are based on Research. I said only that what scientists said about Aluminium cookware.
