As a fellow saxophone player, my tips for you is to sing the song with your voice into a tuner (could be a tuner app on your phone, or a physical tuner), see which note appeared on the tuner and write it down.

@@endovius La de este video no es propiamente la que tú dices, sino una VERSIÓN INSTRUMENTAL de ésa, que pertenece al soundtrack de la serie, osea es una música de fondo que se oye durante los episodios. En mi comentario me refería a que este track en específico suena en los últimos segundos del episodio cuando éste termina con final feliz.
