@@irokosalei5133 if you slow down the video, tho only possible way that kick could've scored to the head is if it CLIPPED the back of his head, because the travel of that kick went straight past the side of his head with no visible reaction to the other guy at all. So if some crescent kick can clip the head or if you are allowed to modify the kick so that it can go back towards the head, losing immense power to the kick, then this sport needs some serious change. Sport. If only I can get my hands on some other angle to prove this...

The Daedo PSS can register a valid strike but it can't differentiate between a normal kick and a kick which has a rotation of 180 or more. The default body strike value for a kick is 2 and the default head strike value is 3, the +2 technical points need to be scored by corner referees by pressing the appropriate trigger on their hand set. WT is trying out +2 for tech points instead of +1 at this event, and may implement it as a permanent rule change leading into Tokyo 2020 along with stuff like semi-finals and finals being 5 rounds as opposed to 2.

He winded me with a dual bandal shagui... freaking accuracy and power i was not expecting tbh, i lasted 40 secs, wish i didn't have the stupid point system they implemented at the time and the stupid mega points. The thing that really killed taekwondo was the Olympics, people had too much to lose and suddenly everyone got cautious. Nowadays it's a bouncing starring contest while trying to hit an electronic fanny pack with your bit chagi.
