The same when losing a family member...When MASH first aired I too was the military and didn't have television to view the programming...In the 80s did see MASH and now can't get away from it...Every generation will experience conflict and humor helps unless you're on the front lines where humor has the way of escaping...

One of THE most beloved shows in American history. I have only two relatives that served in Korea, One came home the other one didn't. Alan Alda and his clan fascinated me. I was born 11 years after the war ended but the humor and drama kept me glued to my tv. THANKS and great job.

Alan Alda is my number 1 favourite actor of M.A.S.H. The role of Hawkeye Pierce the chief surgeon that he played, bring a lot of laughs, joy and fun to the show. I'm very glad to see him still around today.

MASH was really about Vietnam not Korea. They wanted to give the impression of a teenage boy that was drafted and went off to fight as a child and returned as a man that aged quickly.

I'm going to let you all into my world so don't judge me please.... I cried like a baby the night the last episode of MASH aired. It was heart wrenching as each of them said goodbye to each other. It was as if I was saying goodbye to my family. I also cried watching this video. This beautiful music on this video (I don't know where this cover song is from) really took me back to that time. My dad is a war veteran so this show was really special in my house. Thanks to all the actors in this show that filled me and my dad with joy for so many years. I will die with your memories.

Where did the time go? Yesterday, I was lying on the floor in front of our console TV, watching this show with my family. I was just a young kid. I see their faces now, and I am like, HOW CAN THIS BE? Then I look at mine, and I am like, "Oh yeah!" I am a grandmother now and not such a spring chicken myself. Time passes too quickly. They have all aged beautifully. I miss those days! What a wonderful show. I will never forget the finale. I cried my eyes out!

Trapper died on Dec 31 2015 exactly one year before Father Mulcahy. The tv Henry died the day before the movie version in February 1996

Too young to have seen this when it was 'live', but there's been reruns my whole life. Not until about 6 months ago did I get taken by it. The old man watched it and I resigned and did too. Been hooked ever since. Back in the day when I watched the odd episode I always thought Hawkeye was just too much, and I still do. I love the show for the other characters, especially Hunnicut, Radar, Blake, Sherman and Houlahan. I even liked Trapper better than Hawkeye, but his "affairs" always bugged me when he supposedly was a family man. Oh, and I love Winchester, he's one of the rare instances of a "replacement" character filling the void in his own way entirely satisfactory, and so is Hunnicut.

I watched the Serie in the passed there weeks the first time. I love the person's, characters and the joy so much. Last episode yesterday. I cant imagine that its over. And now this video. Cant stop crying. The worst thing is, that I can't tell them how great they are or was. Also for new generations. What a timeliness Serie. To see the old faces with young smiling is so incredible. Seriously not trying to be petty, but this type of thing bugs my brain. David Ogden Stiers was born 31-10-1942, not 31-11-1942. Kind of hard to be born on a day that doesn't exist. But it did make me smile even more. It's almost a Hawkeye Pierece type of prank to try and slip in there. Though it probably would've been more ironic if the mistake was on Larry Linville's bio. But thank you for the lovely work on this. I am so glad that you chose flattering and real pictures of these actors. They are all so beloved and vitally important for the work they did on this show!😁
