Rajakumari theatre was closed long time back. Nagesh theatre was newly constructed. So no objection certificate was necessary to open a newly constructed theatre. New rules were formed that, if a school is nearby, licence should not be provided. May be, the building was built in violation of the approved plan and the concerned authorities did not give permission. Both Nagesh and MGR are not alive now. So whatever Manobala says, maybe interesting as a story. But in reality, who knows?

Sir, one thing I want to tell you the same thinghappened in our kodumudi.In 1969 K.B.S theatre was opened by MGR and Cm Kalainagar presided and Jayalalitha lighted the lamp.I think these three legends attended the function only at our kodumudi cause of KBS.But the pity is this heatre was also closed like Nagesh theatre No theatre in. Our Kodumudi.

காதலிக்க நேரமில்லை படத்தில் நாகேஷ்-பாலையா காமெடி போல மனோபாலா சொல்கிறார். படிப்பவர்களுக்கு அது "த்ரில்லிங்காக" இருக்கும் ஆனால் உண்மை அதுவல்ல! நாகேஷ் திரையரங்கத்திற்கு தியேட்டர் உரிமம் வழங்குவதில் அரசு தரப்பில் இருந்து எந்தப் பிரச்சனையும் இல்லை. இவர் "சர்ச் பார்க் கான்வென்ட்" என தவறாக குறிப்பிடுகிறார். தியாகராயநகர் பாண்டி பஜாரில் இருப்பது "ஹோலி ஏஞ்சல் கான்வென்ட்" ஆகும். 1985-ஆம் ஆண்டு என எண்ணுகிறேன். நான் ஆர்2 மாம்பலம் காவல் நிலைய சார்பு ஆய்வாளராக பணியாற்றி வந்தேன். திரையரங்குகளுக்கு உரிமம் வழங்குவது சென்னை மாநகர காவல் ஆணையாளர் அதிகாரத்திற்கு உட்பட்டது. அவர் சார்பில் தியாகராயநகர் உதவி ஆணையாளர் ஆய்வு செய்து உரிமம் வழங்குவதற்கு அனுமதி தந்தோ அல்லது நிராகரித்தோ பரிந்துரை செய்ய வேண்டும். அதேபோல நாகேஷ் திரையரங்கம் குறித்த உரிம ஆவணங்களும் தியாகராயநகர் உதவி ஆணையாளர் திரு.S.G. ராஜேந்திரன் அவர்களுக்கு வந்தது. அவர் சார்பில் திரையரங்கம் அமைப்பதற்கு அனுமதி தர பரிந்துரை செய்யப்பட்டது. அதில் எந்தவித சிக்கலும் இல்லை. ஆனால் பிரச்சனை "ஹோலி ஏஞ்சல்" நிர்வாகத்தின் மூலம் வந்தது. அவர்கள் சென்னை உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்குத் தொடர்ந்தார்கள். முன்னதாக வந்த வழக்கறிஞர் நோட்டீசுக்கு காவல்துறை சார்பில் பதில் தரும் பொறுப்பு என்னிடம் வந்தது. நான், இதனால் பள்ளிக்கோ, பள்ளி மாணவர்களுக்கோ எந்தவித பிரச்சினையும் வராது என்று அறிக்கை சமர்ப்பித்தேன். உயர் நீதிமன்றத்திலும் ஹோலி ஏஞ்சல் வழக்கு அடிபட்டுப் போனது. திரு.மனோ பாலா அவர்கள் கூறுவது போல, பள்ளியின் நுழைவுவாயில் மாற்றப்படவில்லை. இன்று சென்றாலும் பார்க்கலாம் 'பாண்டி பஜார்' என்றழைக்கப்படுகின்ற சர் தியாகராயா சாலையிலேயே "ஹோலி ஏஞ்சல்" பள்ளியின் முன் நுழைவு வாயில் உள்ளது. பின்புறமும் ஒரு நுழைவு வாயில் உள்ளது. திரையரங்கம் சரிவர இயங்காததால் அதனை விற்க திரு.நாகேஷ் அவர்கள் குடும்பம் முன்வந்தபோது, எனது நண்பர் அண்ணாநகர் விஜயா பில்டர்ஸ் உரிமையாளர் திரு. நல்லியப்பன் அதனை வாங்கி தற்போது "விஜயா திருமண மண்டபமாக" மாற்றியுள்ளார். திரு.மனோ பாலா கூறுவதுபோல "தற்போது ஏதோதோ கடைகள்" அங்கு வரவில்லை. அதே பகுதியில் சற்று தூரத்தில் இயங்கிவந்த ராஜகுமாரி தியேட்டர் தான் தற்போது கடைகளாக மாற்றப்பட்டுள்ளது! திரு.நாகேஷ் அவர்கள் எங்கள் பகுதியை சார்ந்த தாராபுரம் என்கின்ற ஊரை சார்ந்தவர். அவர் படித்த பள்ளியில் தான் பிற்காலத்தில் நானும் படித்தேன்! அ.செல்வராஜ், காவல் துணை கண்காணிப்பாளர் (ஓய்வு), சென்னை-37.

In a open stage, one may claim that he is following M.G.R's legacy and his left path to enter in politics. Next the person come to claim that he crawls in M.G.R's lap in his childhood, hence he decided now to enter politics and wants public to support him . Another person came to claim he's the next M.G.R's son that hailed to be succeed both in Cinema and politics. But in reality when you are in a real financial hardship, everyone will run-away ignoring your problem. It's really hard to find a real truth M.G.R in present situation who care to help others.
