Are there any differences between MEAL, MEL, MELR and M&E?

The difference is there in the letters. If M&E so that is Monitoring and Evaluation, The L comes for learning also, means beside M&E the focus is then on learning also, and when R is added so that is for Research and when MEAL is used so some organization say the A is for Action while some opine A is for accountability
