M.E. says Tammy Daybell's death was a homicide | Chad Daybell murder trial

On day 23 of the Chad Daybell murder trial, we heard from the deputy medical examiner who performed Tammy Daybell's autopsy. She confirms the bruising happened around the time of Tammy's death.

I understand she didn't have any marks but bruises in both arms (more on right) and on the right side of her chest, but no other major marks. That is why I imagine him, waiting for her to be completely slept, make sure she was covered with layers of sheet, blanket and the duvet. Then climb over her, restrain her under his weight, so she could not breath or moved, her arms and legs trapped under the covers. At the same time his put his weight on her chest, he covered her head with a plastic bag, and over it , the duvet. She could not scream, move, or leave any trace of defense or resistance, because there was a thick layer cushioning the violence and evilness.

To my mind, he absolutely shot himself in the foot, not only giving the witness opportunities to expand on matters he really didn’t need explaining so fully and clearly to the jury, but also enabling the prosecution opportunities to follow up on redirect. Also, Prior, imo, seriously underestimated and underrated the witness, the snide questions he asked in his attempt to devalue her experience in the eyes of the jury really misfired and resulted instead in him establishing the precise opposite. If it were me I would greatly regret choosing this defense lawyer. He's greasy and unlikeable plus he's a bit sloppy which is not good against a prosecution that is much more professional and capable. Ok, yes I think Chad ended the two kids, but his wife sounds like she got the jab and unfortunately passed as a result. It sounds like long cov1d symptoms to me. Especially the more they go over her medical stuff saying she has no history. Thats what happens with long cov1d and the injury from the jabs. They call it post vaccine syndrome. And she had all the symptoms of it. Especially with the fainting and dizzy spells. Then learning she had pulmonary adema, it clicked. I think she may have been having an event after the jabs and he took that as an opportunity to help her pass quicker so to speak.
