Hi, Jay & Ari. It's Richard from Northern CA. It's nice to see Mei Mei and Meifu. By the way, Ari the veggie that you ate from the Kung Pao chicken is not cucumber but zucchini related to squash, great for stir fry. I'm originally from Southeast Asian Laos and I cooked similiar dish except we add basil, cocnut and my American wife loves it. All of my 5 mixed race children loves my native food when I cooked them food.
