alfonso su 他们三个人中做得最好最专业的是王刚,应该算是恩人了,因为他的菜学会可以开饭馆的。也许还有更高级的做法,但王刚肯定是能带人入门,不过近来王刚菜少了很多,估计硬菜教得差不多了;小高姐做的比较早,炒菜不行,面食还行,可圈可点不太多;马小坏是客家人,她的菜如果按照她的方法做简单好吃,很少失败,属于粤菜家常菜,特点是种类繁多,但知道的人不多,你如果看,她的芋头排骨,清蒸鱼,萝卜牛腩,拌空心菜都是太拿的出手了

He had a hard childhood. mom and dad went to work in a coastal city when he was 3, he lived with his grandparents in the country side till he was 9, then moved to live with his parents. Never got along with his dad, when he was 15 they had a massive fight and he ran away from home. Worked various jobs, eventually became a head chef.
