Chettinad Seiva Viraal Meen Kolumbu ..... I never thought that Vegetarian fish curry recepe (using pulses) exists. I have come across similar recepes using Vazhaikkai and Karunai kezhangu (yam)but this one seems to top them all. The very idea of soaking karamani and pachaipeyar and grinding them to a coarse paste and steaming them in Birdcatcher leaf (Lettuce treeleaf) looks so healthy. Slicing the steamed item, frying them in oil making it to look similar to slices of fish and adding them to the gravy will definitely tickle our taste buds immensely. Shall definitely try.
