Hi sir, my initiative is delayed as of now but hope things get going in a month, in mean time u can buy from anglers fishing tackle or Poseidon ta ckle in chennai, bait in N4 live or cut bait thaan, for offshore there are multiple types of rod jigging casting etc, normally offshore rods are not so long but very strong to handle giants
