Anvita Ivana’s construction is being done using bricks, which is not that great for the price they are quoting. I’ve personally visited almost every project that you’ve mentioned. I’d suggest you to wait for few months for start of new projects in prime areas. As there’s a quotation, ‘’Early bird gets the worm’’. It’s better to place the token amount before even start of a project as it will help us to get a better base price initially. Great video by the way. Love from Vijayawada ❤

I respect your opinion andi but I want to share mine as well. Gated communities ina normal builder floor lo ina manam isolated ga vunnam anthe its our problem. Old people and Kids enjoy a lot in gated communities. If you see streets in indipendent and builderfloor apts, there will see no setbacks and construct without any space and greenery but in Highrises you will see lot of greenery and huge setbacks. Now its mandatory to have solar for commen areas for electricity in Highrises incase of high energy consumption. High rises are safe and secure for kids and elders and paying maintenence is worth the money.

Brother apartments cost starts from somewhere around 1.2cr and goes till 2.5. But the villas starting price is from 6.5cr. So apartments are the only option.

Suggest you to stretch and buy mivan construction only. This is available only in high rises though.

The point to be considered is the competition of residents to stay in those areas. Understand supply and demand concept, there are lot of demand to stay in particular area which gives rise to high rise apartment. Now are they worth it, well it depends on individuals. If you got 30-40cr, go ahead and buy a villa in these prime areas but if not, the only option is to buy a 1.5-3 cr flat. If you feel this is overpriced then move away from those areas where you can find cheap land rates!!!

Endukante, Mumbai is occupied by proper north people like Gujjus, Punjabis, Bengalis, Rajasthanis, Biharis, UP, Uttarakhand (pahadis) Nepal etc.. Local Maratha people are very less except rural areas. That is why Mumbai is called as North India. 😀. I lived in Mumbai for 14 years. 😊😍

Lets be practical....the population is just increasing everyday...land value ayina taggochu kaani population taggadu....so ee independent house concept in next 15-20years lo potundi..land own cheskunavwalu kuda builders ki development ki ichestharu.... endukante we dont have space to accommodate so much population...being Hyderabad a great place ... population mana city lo pergupotune untundi ..so at the end ...its only apartment based living...no more independent houses.....my opinion....so value of flats after 20-50yrs pergipotundi... independent houses i dont think will even survive for next 20years....
