If economic is good enough, of course jobs offer will be higher than employee demand. When jobs offer is higher, demand is less, salary will be higher of course .... Eg Singapore
Respecting your right to voice your opinions but the government is not made up of just the prime minister. Please bear that in mind.

Malaysia has a multi-political system that enables the country to hold free elections generally & has so far changed the PM peacefully. The King is the head of state and the PM is the head of the government. unlike other countries where their leader was chosen within the party and the people must accept it unless risking his life. Political stability is crucial to economic growth as well as harmony in the multi-race society. PM Anwar is doing just fine given the not-so-long time to bring changes not only to save the country but also to raise the dignity of the country in this region by attracting more investors and managing the economy as best. the current political stability would also make it difficult for certain parties harboring hopes of taking over the government now. Anwar is a bilingual politician who can talk to international leaders & audiences on a stage instead of troubling every audience to put up an earphone for translation. don't forget English is still a tool to communicate with the other side of the world, not Mandarin Chinese.
