Oh ya! Same in Seattle, few rude Chinese Women never said " Thank-you" & "Hi" after receiving helps....kinda cold hearts! Nowadays, I observe Chinese people when first meeting them/no greeting, even I have been seeing them around, I always keep my guard high, especially with increasing frauds & scammers who only speak Mandarin (targeting seniors/old Chinese immigrants in Chinatown, Seattle)
