Hi. Great info but please correct me if I'm wrong, in 2019 disbursement stamp duty is still payable right? As I understand, stamp fee between developer n lawyer is waived but I'll still need to bear the cost for the stamp duty between the lawyer and I?
第一次買新房,在2017-18內簽snp,三年後(2018年之後)才做地契轉讓手續,還可以享有頭300千的印花稅減免 這是律師告訴我的。 另外 地契轉讓 除了視頻裡說的9000印花稅(政府網站算出來的那個),另外還要給幾千塊的律師費。網站只是算出computation of stamp duty for transfer of real estate ,印花稅而已。這又是律師告訴我的,是真的嗎?還是律師騙我了?

Hmmmm, 保守估計, 在Kedah 的Sungai Petani來說, 差不多可以買到雙層 SEMI D
