What a feast! Mrs. Liew got so many chef in her circle of relatives. Runs in the family. No wonder Mrs.Liew can cook so well. 肉類調味如果早放鹽會把肉內的水粉醃出，之後肉會變柴。鹽應在肉要用時才放。

1. 一般腌製食材都不放鹽，因爲會導致食材脫水，肉質失去原有的水分就會柴俗稱老，但是要準備腌製的肉類一定要乾身，不然就會出現“嘔水”現象，調味料就腌不進去，所以師傅説過腌製是一門高深的學問，腌得好不好就看厨師的常識有多少。另外如果腌製牛肉的話是要分幾次水慢慢打進去的，這樣的牛肉才會滑身，這也是滿講究技巧的 2. 味精的主要成分是游離性的谷氨酸，能幫助提升食材蛋白質裏的鮮味，而鷄精本身是帶有雞鮮味的味精，其實是兩種不同用途的調味料，就好像煲湯你可以下濃湯寳或鷄粉來增加雞的鮮味，但換成下味精是不會有雞的鮮味的我不是厨師但常下厨所以有留心跟師傅學習細節

大概是120多年前我的祖父10岁海南卖猪仔到新加坡，被曾祖父收养带回马来西亚巴生定居，曾祖父姓李祖籍福建永春，祖父本姓黄，被收养改姓李，看到安娣回海南，让我也念想祖父故乡

海南万宁酒席上都有那道菜，叫甜瓜花，做法基本都差不多，开胃菜，一般用菠萝和黄瓜，还有雪碧和健力宝，蒜蓉酱，很好吃

The wood in the ceiling are their precious as if they know those wood cost a lot of money nowadays also if I will them they should treasure the old house and make it livable also China want to extinct all Han dialects by promoting the young generation to speak only Mandarin and the Han chinese especially the Hainanese descent need to educate their young generation at home to speak Hainanese among use other in order to preserve the dialect in the future ....Thats why in Singapore the young generation are trying to revive their dialects from Hokkien, Teowchew, Hainanese, and Hakka dialects and is so important for the young generation to speak their own dialect and is always starting from Home ....
