柱候醬3湯匙 - 3tbsp of Chu Hou paste
黃豆醬1湯匙 - 1tbsp of yellow bean paste
蠔油1湯匙 - 1tbsp of oyster sauce
麻油1茶匙 -1tsp of sesame oil
紹興酒少許 - small dash of Chinese cooking wine
糖1茶匙 - 1tsp of sugar
辣椒仔5條(隨意) - 5 red chillis (optional)
