Molinard seems to be a hit or miss brand for me. When they hit its a homerun. When they miss its a total strikeout. Figue is great, I love it. But I tried some of their freshies like Mediterranee and it was awful. That scent made me realize I hate calone. I should've known because I don't like aquatics. I also have The Basilic. I feel like you'd like it. It's a beautiful green herbal mint basil tea combo. Unfortunately calone is also in that one and kinda ruins the scent for me. I tried Fleur d'Oranger and over time I grew to hate it. I want to try Gingermbre next but I need to find a sample because this brand has burned me multiple times. Luckily I was able to trade some. Knowing your taste, I think you'd like The Basilic.

I've been wanting to try some Molinard stuff. Sebastian says Lavande is a great replacement for TF Lavender Extreme, so that is definitely of interest to me. I've also heard a lot of praise for Habanita but I have no idea what it's like.

There's another MM from Molinards released in 2004, I think that note breakdown is correct and similar to what you are smelling

I even checked Molinards website and they got the same note breakdown as Fragrantica so that's a bit strange. On a completely different note, perhaps you can give me a recommendation for an iris forward fragrance. I love DHI but I want something with even more iris in the same way. Do you know any or should I just stick with DHI?

Didn't the original come out in 2004? Parfumo has the right notes for that one I remember. Would make sense to capitalize on a popular structure though. I think Ferrari's Black came out in '99 too. Pennies for a bottle of that one.
