I had lot of respect for Keeravani Garu. However I am very disappointed that he couldn’t find a single Telugu music director he liked, among the greats like Pendyala, S. Rajeswara Rao, Susarla Dakshina Murthy, Ghantasala, Aswathama, Master Venu, Gali Penchala Narasimha Rao, Adinarayana Rao (whose Ku hu bole Koiliya is a masterpiece) TV Raju (Krishna Mukunda Murari).. tunes of some of whom he imitated/ took inspiration from. ఇదే తెలుగు వారి దౌర్భాగ్యం .. మన వాళ్ళని మనం మెచ్చుకోలేం .. పొరుగింటి పుల్లకూరే రుచి !! I expected him to be a polished human being.. alas throughout the interview he acted so immature & childish .. I lost all the respect I had for him. I still like his compositions .. I guess there is difference between talent and personality

How poor in taste to start interview saying he is feeling awkward..sounds so negative.. instead of thanking & appreciating all there ...also his so called smart answers are annoying..we are curious for answers not witty jokes.. also not mentioning ilayaraja in any favourites & inspiration is raising doubts forcing to believe that his ego went up after oscars..normally all composers respect & talk about him..even in a group interview of 8 composers i saw , 7 told their favourite is ilayaraja...keeravani shud understand that after so many years of acheiving independance and our dignity, still feeling that only white peoples certifications are great is low in dignity...you can appreciate their award but not feel as if they shown mercy..pls learn dignity.. who are they to understand greatness of our native works & culture....indian public's appreciation is more than oscars..so dont take so much to head...also talking about STD was rude, indecent in decorum..he didnt behave like respectful composer but more shameless ..like rgv..dissappointed..bcz great composures are pure in soul..and reddy also shouting like police interrogating ..not peaceful...overall its not pleasure watching this interview..actually was so excited to see this interview when youtube suggested.. but stopped it half way irritated..

@@srinivascnu6977 in general public there will be people who dont like or who dont understand the greatness of ilayarajas compositions..thats normal..but composers are those who work in music..they know music ..u also will know the greatness of someone in your profession more than me..and i saw many composers including keeravani who earlier said their fav is ilayaraja and they treat him as god..like i said even in an interview of 8 new generation composers at one time , 7 said their fav is ilayaraja..even all directors & top actors also..so now suddenly keeravani not at all mentioning not even as inspiration is obviously not normal..indians shudnt take oscars so seriously..we have our culture, nativity which others wont knw..can white ppl understand greatness of bala murali krishna sir or brahmanandam or spb or s janaki..u think jai ho is great song? Oscar cannot be measuremnt.. anyway rgv told jai ho is composed by sukhwinder sing but released under AR name..so there are many lucky factors in getting the award..we can happy and celebrate but no need to see white ppl as gods..we shud have our dignity...
