【妈妈食谱】罐头菜心蒸花肉
(此食谱份量:2 - 3 人)
✿材料
• 花肉 400克
• 生抽 半汤匙
• 菜心罐头 1罐 (170克)
✿开锅前准备工作
将400克花肉切成片,加入生抽搅拌均匀,倒入菜心罐头备用
蒸炉预热 备用 (水煮沸)
✿步骤
1. 首先,将调好的花肉放进蒸炉里
2. 蒸约30分钟即可出炉 (*喜欢吃脆菜心的可以最后才放)

[Mum’s Recipe] Pickled Lettuce steamed meat
(Suitable for 2 - 3 people)
✿Ingredients
• 400g of pork belly
• ½ tablespoon of light soy sauce
• 1 canned pickled lettuce (170g)
✿Pre-preparation
Cut pork into slices, mix with light soy sauce and pour in canned pickled lettuce
Pre-heat the steamer (Boil the water)
✿Steps
1. Firstly, put the pre-prepared pork into the steamer
2. Steam for 30mins and the dish is ready to serve (Tips & Tricks: if you like to have crispy lettuce, put in the lettuce at final step)
