【妈妈食谱】黄豆嫩蛋 - 五分钟能做好的美味料理
此食谱份量:3 - 4 人(可依食用人数来调节大/小罐的茄汁黄豆)
✿材料
• 鸡蛋 4粒
• 茄汁黄豆 1罐(大 - 425克)
• 番茄酱 5汤匙
• 生抽 半汤匙
• 清水 半碗
✿开锅前准备工作
将4粒鸡蛋打散 备用
✿步骤
1. 首先,倒入适量油热锅
2. 倒入已打散的鸡蛋,煎至全部蛋液半熟(嫩蛋)
3. 加入罐装茄汁黄豆,搅拌均匀
4. 添加5汤匙的番茄酱,搅拌均匀
5. 加入半碗清水,搅拌均匀(保留一定的浓稠度好下饭)
6. 最后,加入半汤匙的生抽搅拌均匀即可

[Mum’s Recipe] Baked bean with egg - Delicious dish in 5 mins
(Suitable for 3 - 4 people)
✿Ingredients
• 4 eggs
• Canned baked bean in tomato sauce (425 gram)
• 5 tablespoon of ketchup
• ½ tablespoon of light soy sauce
• ½ bowl of water
✿Pre-preparation
Crack all the eggs into the bowl and stir it.
✿Steps
1. Pour in some oil to heat the wok.
2. Put in the stirred egg and fry it as over-easy egg.
3. Add in the canned baked bean, stir it well.
4. Add 5 tablespoon of ketchup, stir it again.
5. Add in ½ bowl of clean water, stir accordingly
(maintain certain level of thickness for the sauce)
6. Finally, add in ½ tablespoon of light soy sauce and stir it.
Completed! A delicious dish is ready to serve.
