如買有特色building ，例如喬治維多利亞時代或舊的detached or house, 其外牆，周邊有否特別規限？另外，若有歴史建築物在該區，該區住戶需要付額外收保育費嗎？

Grade I and grade II listed building 會有特別的要求, 要保持番屋內外的原有的樣子，若要加建,改變屋的某些部分, 需要得到consent . 若你買了這些grade I or II listed building 你要負責保育. 若這歷史建築物在該區, 有可能保育費已built in 在counil tax 內.

其實講校園欺凌呢，我都成日聽朋友講美國多 bullying 呀英國多 bullying 呀～ 但係我自己喺香港讀中小學…… 中學都俾同學欺凌過，仲要係 top elite 學校喎！ 我都唔覺得喱啲問題香港就冇喎，所以真係冇話覺得好「震撼」之類嘅感覺……

屋的價錢會受地區, 屋和地的大細影響, 有時當Semi detached 在靚啲的區, 和size 較大的屋 eg 某些Victorian style semi detached .. 這類形的屋好有character 又大, 如果連garden 都大, 絕到有可能貴過某些detaches house 的.

leung nick Broadheath,Altrincham or Baguley,Sale Moor,these areas are ok,for even cheaper try Northern Moor.I lived in all these areas . If you want nice areas there are Wilmslow,Hale,Alderley Edge,Poynton,Knutsford.These are good but expensive
