Anyone know of a video tutorial that explains how to do hair so realistically? I've watched a ton of the masters videos but with the jump cuts and increased speed, and without any sort of explanation, it always goes from "OK, I can follow along but it doesn't look like hair" to the next second "BAM, lifelike hair!". I'd really love to learn how to do hair so well, but need more instruction than these videos give. I love the videos as entertainment, but as a learning tool I wish there was more info given.

How do you bring back the white of the paper once color saturates it? In other videos I see areas that are dark then over time they are white again. Beautiful work!

There are jumps where it goes from looking like a water paining in one frame to looking like a drawing in the next. It would be nice to see what happens in that jump.
