Incredible. This must have taken you hours to complete. I loved this one especially. The subtle brushstrokes on each section was astounding. I loved the eyebrow and beard poking out the side. And I love how your perfect mix of a primary color mixed with its opposite secondary color blends so beautifully to create the most perfect skin tone! I noticed the background colors placed strategically to bring balance to the clothing, the original background in the picture did not do it justice. I’m learning how you mix your colors on the surface many times. There are so many colors placed in one area that it’s hard to count them! I love how the lack of watercolor makes the perfect highlight. I’m seeing with my eyes the shadows and shapes and if I trust my instinct with these I can complete a more cohesive painting as you do. The music was very touching and fitting for this video. Altogether it was an incredibly spiritual experience. It fills my soul with peace. Well done, again, Master Milsubu. *bows* I’m left wanting to be so much better. Hugz, Tree

Your artwork is beautiful. May I ask what masking fluid you use for the hair for the white highlights? Is it a hard wax pen type, or a liquid rubber masking fluid? Thank you.

The artist is so accomplished it's hard to see. The effect is achieved by negative painting or underpainting so the hair appears as if by magic. Watch which paint brush the artist uses - the brush is changed often. There's a very uneven brush that achieves the fine lines. There's another calligraphy style brush that gets used to paint in the shadows eg. In the beard - and it's enough to make it look like hair! And at times I think the edge of the flat brush was used as well. Good luck!
