以下材料可以做12个小面包:
1.面团材料:
高筋面粉: 400g
酵母: 4g
白砂糖: 30g
鹽: 3g
雞蛋:1個(50g+-)
牛奶: 200g
奶粉: 20g
無鹽黃油: 30g
2.内陷材料:
蔓越莓: 80g
奶油奶酪: 200g
白砂糖: 30g
放入預熱好的烤箱,攝氏170度/華氏340度, 烤25分鐘
The following ingredients can be used to make 12 pieces:
1.Make A Dough Ingredients:
Bread flour: 400g
Instant yeast: 4g
Sugar: 30g
Salt: 3g
Egg:1 ( 50g+-)
Milk: 200g
Milk powder: 20g
Unsalted butter: 30g
2.Filling Ingredients:
Cranberries: 80g
Cream cheese: 200g
Sugar: 30g
Bake in preheated oven at 170℃ / 340℉ for 25min
