Psychotherapy is actually Cheaper if we see the long term outcome. 8-12 sessions of psychotherapy by a trained professional costs 0 at Government set up and Rs. 10000 to 15000 as a whole in private set up. Pharmacology for 1-2 years might cost minimum 40000 to 1 Lakh or more excluding Doctors fee. If both the systems are used in severe cases , overall cost will be less.

My question is:::::কম ঘুমের জন্য,ঘুম যাতে হয় তার ওষুধ হয়, কিন্তু বেশী ঘুম পেলে ঘুম কমানোর ওষুধ হয় না কেন??? আমার প্রচুর ঘুম পায়,১৩-১৪ ঘন্টা ঘুমাই,কখনো বা আরও বেশি হয়ে যায়..... জেনারেল ফিজিশিয়ান দেখিয়েছি,হরমোনাল টেস্ট করেছি, থাইরয়েড টেস্ট করেছি,সবই নরমাল.... সবসময় অলস লাগে,কোনো কাজ করার মোটিভেশন পাই না,কোনো কাজ করতেও ভালো লাগে না, সবসময় ঘুম পায়। Please ask this question to ডাক্তার বাবু in next episode. এই সমস্যার জন্য আমার কোন doctor এর কাছে যাওয়া উচিত?
