日本空手道会、糸東流技術研修会の様子です。本編は、糸東流空手道、糸洲系の型「明浄（Myojo）」の研修記録を中心に構成しています。日本空手道会では、毎年2月から10月の各月1回、堺市立大浜武道館にて有段者対象の糸東流技術研修会を行っています。日本空手道会、糸東流国際空手道会について詳しくは、ホームページ（karatedo-shitoryu.com/）をご覧ください。 It is a state of the Nippon Karate DO Kai and the Shito-ryu technical workshop. This volume is mainly composed of training records of Shito-ryu Karatedo and Itosu-type Myojo. The Nippon Karate DO Kai holds a Shito-ryu technical workshop for stepped people at the Sakai City Ohama Budokan once a month from February to October every year.
