This style is absolutely lethal; thank god I can speak/ understand Cantonese....To the uninitiated the movements seem illogical and 'jerky'; but with greater andmore in-depth explanation...these blokes are killing machines....Chow family mantis are legends within legends...My mouth went really dry....just watching it!

依家要搵食，邊有時間練丫，見佢尐手法似咏春果類野，何解會叫螳螂拳呢？佢解嘅3箭步唔啱，套拳招式係形式嚟，硬氣功一種，要閉氣意運氣雙橋，令爆炸力勁尐，平時吸一啖氣一彈開對手只手，入環，用鳳眼拳打落對放氣門，對手即瞓底！動作好細嘅！😱😱古怪玩到硬晒軚，好似機械人咁，想店？收埋？，唔似！
