Nice work! You could probably put the instructions up for sale on one of the moc sites like rebrickable.com/help/selling-premium-mocs/ If you could find a site that can assemble the parts into a kit I'm sure there would be people that would buy it but whether you would make any money I don't know. There are cheaper non lego alternatives too. You could also give the design away for free and people could order the parts off a lego vendor.
