Tha Imperial Listen to Dj Premier talk about M.O.P... in the 90’s they were the ones who got excited when there was a fight at the club and were no strangers to fights and violence. They are chill dudes now but their music wasn’t to create an illusion.

People mature over time. They were exposed to people and cultures outside of their Brooklyn borough and grew as men. They still got the same heart tho. No doubt. Marksmen!

G-Unit at the time had a large following,it was a business move. The Rock-a-Fella album never got officially released.50 signed them for the same reason he signed Mobb, established artists he respected and grew up listening too

I cant rememeber the interview but they did say being with 50 helped them pay off debts to older labels by them touring with him

Billy understood that@1:24. Good, because I also believe their core wasn't happy about that move. I myself wasn't too convinced that it was going to work. G-Unit at that time was Hot and street but with a glossie look, while MOP has always been define as RAW with no shiny edges. I'm happy Little Fiend and Billy had a chance to experienced that GUnit taste, Im sure they had fun and it was a learning experience for them as well as 50. Somethings are better left as it is.
