आयुर्वेद को अनुसार खाना 3 घण्टा भित्र खाइ सक्नु पर्छ र यदि ढिलो भयो भने 5 घण्टा त्यो भन्दा बढी भयो भने त्यो खाना मा त्यो पोषण हुँदैन ,हजूर लाई धेरै धेरै धन्यवाद हजुर को विचार हामी सँग शेयर गर्नु भएको मा 🙏❤️❤️❤️
