Hi, loved the healthy recipe and can't wait to try It. However I do not have jaggery powder, can I use jaggery instead. Hope it will not spoil the milk

Thanks for sharing the recipe.I tried this today and it was baked well, however it was very bitter and could not eat. Any idea what could have been the problem. Baking soda and baking powder have expiry date in the future so That doesn't seem to be the problem.

Have you added Jaggery properly and chocochips ?. If yes it should not be bitter. Try with little more Jaggery

Hi! Just out of curiosity, aren’t you spoiling the pan by not adding water or salt before you leave the cake batter in there?!

..it is heavy bottom pan and we are baking on medium flame. So it will not spoil the pan. And ..by adding salt to a pan, sometimes it changes the flavour of the cake.

Ragi means and milk hot kiya huva

RAGI means Nachni atta (Finger Millet Flour) and milk should of room temperature (boiled and cooled down)
