Helow aunty ji. Am from Chennai. I just saw your onion paratta. Will do it tomorrow. One small suggestion. We in South know Hindi. I can understand what you are saying though it's rajastani. But the small tips which you saw for rosting gram flour and how to make the parata, all are difficult to understand. If u can make those important tips also in English caption, it will be very useful for people like me. Thank you souch

Keep the flame in low or medium during roasting. If roasted in high flames then the masala may burn. But roast the besan thoroughly so that no raw part remains, otherwise it will lead to stomachache. Properly roasted besan will taste delicious too. Cut onions into small pieces and not in slices.
