Marwadi Matar ka Masaaledaar paratha banaane ki aasaan recipe :) Aur uske saath khaane ke liye Dhaniye ki unique chutney :)
INGREDIENTS FOR THIS RECIPE :
(HINDI)
===== मटर का परांठा =====
आटा - १ कप​
नमक - १ चुटकी + १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
मटर - १ कप​
खाद्य तेल - १ चम्मच​
लहसुन - ४ से ५ कलियां
हरी मिर्च - २, बारीक कटी हुई
जीरा - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
अदरक - १/२ इन्च​
प्याज (मध्यम आकार​) - १, बारीक कटा हुआ
आलू (मध्यम आकार​) - १, उबला हुआ
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
हल्दी पाउडर - १/४ छोटा चम्मच​
धनिया पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच​
अमचूर पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
गरम मसाला - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए)​​
===== धनिया बेसन की चटनी =====
खाद्य तेल - १ छोटा चम्मच​
जीरा - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
हींग - १ चुटकी
बेसन - २ चम्मच​​
हल्दी पाउडर - १ चुटकी
धनिया के पत्ते - १ कप​
हरी मिर्च - २, कटी हुई
नमक - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
भूना जीरा पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
नीम्बू का रस - १ छोटा चम्मच​
(ENGLISH)
===== Matar Paratha =====
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1 pinch + ½ tsp
Green peas - 1 cup
Edible Oil - 1 table spoon
Garlic - 4 to 5 cloves
Green Chilli - 2, finely chopped
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Ginger - ½ inch
Onion (medium size) - 1, chopped
Potato (medium size) - 1, boiled
Red Chilli powder - ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Coriander seeds powder - 1 tsp
Amchur powder - ½ tsp
Garam Masala - ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped)
===== Dhaniya Besan ki Chutney =====
Edible Oil - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Gram flour - 2 table spoon
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Green Chilli - 2, chopped
Salt - ½ tsp
Roasted Cumin powder - ½ tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
