We are now engaged to be married in June and he's still waiting because he wants to honor God first and me second. Honestly having him say no to me in my times of temptation is the most romantic thing that's ever happened to me because he puts my soul first. So I would say if it's God will for you to have a partner then a genuine sign is that the man will be a reflection of God's love . You will pray together daily, read scripture together and worship together everyday and your life will truly change. We did the "Experiencing God" bible study with our church and it brought us closer and helps keep us accountable until our wedding day. I prayed for you and I hope this helps you on your journey. Two songs played on K-love today that have been stuck in my head: "Shoulders" by For King & Country, and "You Carry Me" by Moriah Peters. I was watching "You Carry Me" when I saw this pop up in the suggestion box. I clicked on it, because like any good Jesus girl, I'm practicing patience while I wait for the man God intends for me. I didn't realize that these two were together, but how appropriate to say that they are a match made in heaven!! God is so good, and I CAN wait for the man He has set aside for me.
