The food is good and the staff are polite. Just a few suggestions: you advertise that the food is comparatively cheaper but on the other hand you charge 100 Rs. for a bottle of ordinary water. Decent restaurants in Kathmandu provide water free of cost but Mithila Thali brings water bottle as soon as we sit like the hotels along the highways. Secondly, you are not providing a PAN or VAT bill. If you are planning to establish a sustained relationship with customers, avoid these "hit and run" approach in business.
