Food is never untasty it is made.. Seasoning masala blabla are just overrated and fire or temperature is always underrated when comes to taste. Accurate doneness is must . salt is nothing in terms of ingredient for taste.

I really don't wanted comment anything tara jun chef ko kura suniyo tyo basically thai Chinese cuisines haru ma abadha cha i do respect ki he got the knowledge but why never thought about food jun vaka le banainxa.Example euta india ko show masterchef chaa tya assam bata aayera tyo kta aafno thau ko khana represent garyo ahile ramro response cha ho mah manxu hami nepali chefs, haru le aru desh ma gareyera ra garera kaam gareko cham but yo toh vayena, ni protcast ma yesari afno mul khana ko kura garnu chodera aru kura kasari garnu milxa, kahile hami le khana hamro restaurants duniya bhari lane kahile 5⭐ hotel ma options ma aaune garnu paryo ni love ho manxu but this i will not call love it's just a job to do it love means euta dhaniya katda thaha hunxa tyo dhaniya local ho ki hybrid
