600g Tapioca flour 600克 木薯粉
30g Sugar 30克 糖
400g Grated coconut 400克 椰丝
100g Red jaggery sugar 100克 红糖
2) 糯米鸡 Lo Mai Gai
Marinate Chicken 腌鸡 :
2 Chicken drumsticks 2只 鸡腿
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce 1汤匙 蚝油
1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce 1汤匙 酱油
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼ 茶匙 胡椒粉
¼ teaspoon Sugar ¼茶匙 糖
1 tablespoon Sesame oil 1汤匙 麻油
Ingredients 配料 :
300g Glutinous rice 300克 糯米
1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce 1汤匙 酱油
½ teaspoon Pepper ½茶匙 胡椒粉
1 tablespoon Sesame oil 1汤匙 麻油
1 teaspoon Fish sauce 1茶匙 鱼露

3 eggs 3粒 鸡蛋
1 Chinese sausage 1条 香肠
10 Shallot, sliced 10粒 小葱头, 切片
