Ingredients 配料 :
500g Glutinous rice (soaked 1 hour) 500克 糯米 (浸泡1小时)
80g Dried prawns 80克 虾米
40g Shiitake mushrooms, shred 40克 香菇, 切条
6 small red onion, sliced 6粒 小洋葱, 切片
2 pcs Dried beancurd skin 2张 腐皮
1 tablespoon Corn flour 1汤匙 玉米粉
1 tablespoon Water 1汤匙 水
Seasonings 调味料 :
1 teaspoon Salt 1茶匙 盐
½ teaspoon Pepper ½茶匙 胡椒粉
1 tablespoon Fish sauce 1汤匙 鱼露
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce 1汤匙 酱青
1 tablespoon 麻油

开锅步骤：百万锅 Million Wok 1. Wash with detergent. Rinse and wipe dry. 2. Heat on Low fire for 2 minutes，turn off the fire. 3. Apply a layer of oil on the inside and outside of wok. 4. Leave it on for at least 1 hour. Wash & Rinise & it is ready to use. 1. 用清洁剂和水冲洗干净，抹干。 2. 用中小火烘2分钟，关火。 3. 锅内锅外抹一层油。 4. 放住至少一小时再清洗，就可以用了。
