Musician. Multi-instrumentalist, singer, producer and composer. He is known as one of the most versatile artists in the Cuban contemporary scene. In his talk, Alain explains essential aspects of the development of different musical genres in the Caribbean island, pointing out at the aspects that make them authentic. Through Alain´s talk and performance, the audience will recognize and understand the spirituality behind the sounds of drums and guitars, as well as the rhythmic and melodic elements that make Cuban music well-known across the world.
Musician. Multi-instrumentalist, singer, producer and composer. He has worked with Celia Cruz, Paco de Lucía, Enrique Morente, Diego El Cigala, Los Van Van and Issac Delgado. In 2015, he was nominated for the Grammy Latino Awards by the album El alma del Son: Tributo a Matamoros.
