Note: For the second and third endings I’ve included a few of the different highlights from choosing different options in the game, but generally the endings just depend on who you kill. Spoilers: Killing the receptionist gets you ending C, killing the cowboy (but not the secretary) gets you ending B and killing neither of them gets you ending A. There’s not a huge difference between the endings (it just changes who’s in the car at the end really), but it’s fun getting there!

Seems like these PS1 style pixelated horror games are super popular right now, some of them are super creepy so I see why, for some reason some of them are even more creepy then if the game had super super good graphics... idk what it is, something about the lack of quality and structure gives off this weird creepy vibe I guess.

Well the song at the start is a pretty commonly used Kevin MacLeod tune, and his entire library is royalty free, so it's likely also one of his. Which one is hard to say as he has made over 2000 songs with the intent that anyone can use them in any capacity as long as he is credited somewhere.
