@Southtown Hick Was he actually black or did you just get that from the movie? Because I don't recall the guys race ever being mentioned in anything else.
@Dyrtbag684 жыл бұрын
Southtown Hick it was actually Slash’s ex gf that gave Sixx the adrenaline shots from what I remember. I think the guy in “The Dirt” was just a fill in for the story to add a little comedic value on the situation. Could be wrong though.

I actually met them in the 80's and we went to their after party at the Hilton. It was awesome. Not near as crazy as you would think. They even kicked some girls out that were trying to hand out pills or whatever it was. They were actually very nice guys.

Last time I listened to Motley Crue while driving? Earlier today. "Ten Seconds To Love' came up on Pandora As to if this is "rock" or "metal", it depends on how "metal" is defined. This is what is often called "glam metal" or "hair metal" As for favorite Motley Crue song, probably "Looks That Kill" or the aforementioned "Ten Seconds To Love" or really anything off the Shout At The Devil album

Metal is defined by the level of distortion on the guitar, the thickness of the bass, and the intensity of the drums. Motley Crue had that, and they just made it catchy enough for radio.

The guy that produced this album in 1989, Bob Rock, went on to produce Metallica's self titled album. The reason? Motley Crue got a hit single out of the Dr. Feelgood album. Their first single to break the top ten out of five of their albums. And Metallica? Well, they had four LPs and an EP out when they hooked up with Rock for the Black Album. They had the single and vid released for One off of ...And Justice For All that a lot of people knew, but it didn't breaking records. When they hooked up with Rock. He had James change his vocalization style. He also took an active role co-writing songs with the band. I was at the record store when the gate went up so that I could get a copy of The Black Album. I got home and was sorely disappointed. I'd wished that I had not spent my money until I had heard the first single. It was the last Metallica album I owned, and it's been in a box since about 1995.

This was part of the leading edge of Metal. So it pulled heavy from rock origins as well as blues origins. Metal pays homage to both rock and blues roots. It doesn't have to be super distorted vocals or guitar in order to be metal. Judas Priest was the same way - same with Ozzy. Very clean vocals, but still metal. It has to do with the anticipation of the beat - listen to how the Crue pushes the beat instead of laying back on the back beat. Just the same, there are blues notes all over the place on this track. Great reaction video. Respect!

It's usually my start off song for the trip to work surprised to never have not gotten a ticket to this song but almost every time I get behind the wheel been a Crüe fan since age of 3 them Van Halen and Guns N Roses blaring loud asf in my walkman. Much respect and a shout out to you bruh for a top notch selection you got superior taste in music one of the legit reactors on KZbin bruh real talk I hope and wish you much success with your channel and it continues to grow you got a new subscriber in me now. As for my personal favorite you just played it lol but they got a arsenal of bangers to play Wild Side and Helter Skelter is another of my faves Dr. Feelgood, Primal Scream, Generation Swine Hell On High Heels, Same Ole Situation, Ten Seconds To Love, Too Young Too Fall In Love, Looks That Kill, Live Wire, Smokin In The Boys Room, Home Sweet Home, Find Myself, Saints Of Los Angeles, Motherfucker Of The Year, Dancing On Glass, Shout At The Devil. Yeah I'm a quintessential Motley Crüe Fan 32 years and running so it means a ton to me when someone reacts to them so personally I'd say react to Motherfucker of the year you'd like it though it's more modern released in 2008 it's off their last album but nonetheless it's kickass as any other Motley Crüe album well except the 1992 93 album their self titled album was trash and is not recognized by me cause it doesn't have Vince Neil singing it and honestly if any of the other 3 was the one left off that album I'd still hate it whether it would be Bassist Nikki Sixx, Guitarist Mick Mars, or Drummer Tommy Lee if they was the one left off it is fucking hate it cause to me Motley Crüe is those 4 men can't tell me otherwise lol but hey thanks for the kickass reaction man much respect✌

I end up getting my bachelor's degree in being a social worker. But my point is we are affected by music when we are growing up. I still love these guys though LOL they're amazing. I'm real late to this reaction lol. But these guys were real. The singer almost went to prison for killing someone in a DWI accident. This song is about the bass player overdosing on heroin and dying. These guys were the s***. Watch dirt on Netflix. That's a real deal

The Bass Player Nikki SIX Overdosed multiple times during a 4 Day Bender Heroin and the very last one that is shot up the needle still hanging out of his arm and that’s where the song came from kickstart my heart because they literally had to hit him in the heart with the paddles I think it was over seven times and then jab the adrenaline straight in to his heart because he was dead he was dead but then again he’s been dead like multiple times over this bender that’s when they said enough is enough Dude and wrote the song And yesss find 1 live of them because Tommy Lee The Drummer literally without missing 1 stroke, is strapped to his drum set and it goes all over the arena and spins and dude just keeps playing

First, if you got Net Flix, watch The Dirt, their movie about their history as a band. They got a lot of great songs and they got started in the early 80s. here is what I would suggest: Live Wire, Take me to the Top, Shout at the Devil, Looks that Kill, Home Sweet Home, Girls Girls Girls, Too Young to Fall in Love, Dr. Feelgood....they got more but this would be a good start.
