I like John's playing, but Motley should be glad they met Mick. Some people come into our lives for a reason and some of us don't realize how much they were a major part of their lives and taken for granted. #mickmars
@Metalworld9 Жыл бұрын
I grew up with them. I was there at the beginning and I will be there at the end. I have no apologies and never will I be ashamed of my "boys". I first met them in 1981. What people don't realize is Mick no matter how good he is, was wearing out... His AS didn't allow him the ability to go on with the band. They needed a player who could be there all the time. I am sure that y'all didn't know it, but at first, until Johnny 5 showed up, Nikki Sixx played Rhythm Guitar in place of Mick. He was damn good at it. They could have been a trio. It was decided to take in Johnny 5. Mick wanted his cake and to eat it too. We all know that is impossible. Mick wanted to be paid for not being on tour playing. That is sort of his job description. When he was told no like any bad grown up 73 year old child, he had a fit. He went to anybody who would listen trying to push his lie. He finally said it was his lawyers . Whatever . . . he spread vicious gossip about his friends. Vince tried to talk to him, nothing. Mick wanted it his way or nothing. It must be nice to try to destroy a lifetime of being friends, band mates and brothers, with a few hateful and untrue statements. That is sad for Mick. He has thrown away something that many of us wish we had.

This whole show is absolutely 🏁🏁🏁💯 *AMAZING.* 27:38 John 5 playing this end part... *ICONIC.* Thank you so much and God bless you a million times for posting this great and precious concert video. This has been up here a whole year and I never saw it. So cool to finally have some pro shot video of Motley Crue with John 5 now. As much as so many of us myself included miss Mick Mars so bad, I still want to be able to see this band at least at home on You Tube here with this concert video. Motley Crue has something that never gets old and I love and adore them for it. Sorry for the ramble I am just super grateful to have any new concert video.

And he is using a vocal coach and tries to do his best with his original band but you can’t stop Father Time or sinus issues because I have been singing over 40 years and I can’t hit those notes in any humidity but in Arizona down in the valley I sound like I’m 20 as does most singers who are older. Thanks a lot for uploading this. The band still cool to watch, I really enjoyed it. Vince wasn’t that bad when you watch past shows over a decade, the energy was there that day, tape or not. John is great(ezy), Tommy too and Nikki we don’t really know but glad to hear the bass that loud for once 😅 they have fun, w/o Mick (probabably for ever now 😢) but who cares Nikki is motley, since now every one left once and get replace on tour, so what ?

Omg!!! Come on people. This is not 1981 anymore!! None of the 70,s and 80,s bands who are still alive and playing sounds like they did 30-40 years ago. Not Mötley Crüe either. But I love them and have done since 1983. I think they are doing the best they can. I'm going to see them very soon here in Europe and I'm soooo much looking forward to it!! Of course I miss Mick, wish he was on stage with the guys, but he is not. There is so much clickbait out now, don't believe all whats on social media. Be nice and be gratefull for the great bands who are still with us. Not many left. If you don't like MC nowadays don't listen to it.

No they suck. Def Leppard, Scorpions, Poison, Metallica, Maiden can all still out on show.

@@hellechristiansen2978 that's funny, but still, pitying multimillion earning rockstar for sub standard musicianship whilst charging extortionate prices for it really is laughable.

These guys are long retired, Vince got depressed after his daughter died and he stopped singing for a while. I’m sure after he retired he didn’t think he was ever gonna preform again

Remember people they are in their 60s I wish I would still look and sound the same in the 80s. Let me see half of you all get up there and keep a tune when you reach that age. I give them credit for keeping the music that was awesome alive..because the music today SUCKS!!
@doreencharlie6694 Жыл бұрын
Don’t make excuses for them. They are supposed to be PROFESSIONAL musicians. If they can charge an arm and a leg for tickets, then they should be able to deliver what we are paying for. If they can’t then don’t tour. Age has nothing to do with it.

But do they keep tune? Vince Neil is the worst now. If it wasn't for the audience he couldn't sing half his songs, meaning they do the singing for him.
@Metalworld9 Жыл бұрын
@@martindupree3096 if you have ever been to a Cruel concert in the 80s or 90 or even the 2000s, you would know that Vince has always included the fans to participate. One time Nikki invited the entire audience to go up on the stage. You could hear him and Vince having an animated conversation before you heard Vince say f*** let's do it then. Security blocked of Tommy on the drum pedestal. Nikki stood next to that while Mick stood up by the girls Nobody saw Vince until he started singing. He had managed to climb on top of the largest speakers and was a good 25 feet above everybody. He stayed there until he finished then he jumped from speaker to speaker until he got to the floor.

Honest opinion: I know everyone has been sh*tting on MC since Mick's departure. Honestly, they sound "ok" but it doesn't have the swagger or excitement they had with Mick. Plus the guitar tone isn't even close. John5 is a fine player and prob a nice dude, just doesn't seem to fit. I don't blame him for accepting the gig, fantastic opportunity and N6 loves him so..... VInce's vocals haven't been the same for awhile, it is what it is. Tommy is the best part of the band performance wise but he's always been a top tier drummer. This tour is a cash grab and it def shows and I'd question if the members themselves are "feeling it" but MC is more of a business than it is a band (sorry kids). The public mud slinging with Mick has seriously divided the fan base since alot of people (including myself) can't stomach how a core member is being treated so they need to be very careful with that. Keep milking it or bow out gracefully? Looks like they've made their decision. As long as ppl are paying to see it, who can blame them, I guess? F*ck integrity when there's $ on the table. :/ Kinda breaks my heart to see one of my childhood hero bands end up here. Maybe the new music they're creating will prove me wrong? Excuse me while I listen to SATD
